Toledo Man
As you know the Dolly Sprint is my car of choice and as a daily driver all I'll need to do is keep up to the servicing and get through the next MoT. My co-driver will help me give it a good service and prepare for the MoT.
malcty
Back - up ???? If the vitesse don`t go we don`t go.... Hope the car lasts another year. No problems on 06 RBRR, so we live in hope. However.. Malc.(Car 43 )
Toledo Man
As we speak I've got 2 backup cars in the Acclaim CD Trio and the Dolly 1300. It would be nice if I could get the 1500fwd back on the road. It must be AGES since one of them did the run.
sexysi
The Tr7 is SWORN'ed at the moment still got some jobs to do bushes, sprint engine swap. But if i was to do the RBRR run tomorrow then all the car needs is TAX and it would make it. The last major outing was the 10cr, but since then we have now got uprated brakes on it, new mohair hood, stainless steel sports exhaust plus a nice set of minilites running a decent set of tyres. Trouble is the weather is so cold at the moment it's hard to get out to the garage and do anything.Last job i left half done was decoking the 16 valves from the sprint engine. Got new fast road cam to go in, but trouble is finding the time.Roll on the spring.sexysi
Roger Keys
As ever, will be doing it in the estate. Its all up and running and in regular use. Hoping to drop a 4 speed auto in over christmas to improve cruising and economy.Once thats done, theres some minor body repairs to do, mostly bottom of front wings, which will probably be followed by a respray (in another colour?) Anyone got some MK1 front wings?
