New oil with new diff about 10 years ago.
Then sucked out with a suction device and changed for Redline shockproof in 2009.

Keep and eye out for leaks and check level at least once a year

Edit: Previous ones have tended to change their own, requiring frequent top-ups.....

I have an early rear case fitted to my 13/60's diff, so it has the factory drain plug. I had the output shaft bearing recesses machined to take the 13/60's larger bearings, and voila! I figure it's just something Triumph forgot to do.

I've only changed the oil once since then (oh, about ten years ago now...) but do check the level regularly.
