GT6 MkIII Transmission and Clutch

What would one have to spend for a good used complete transmission and clutch?  Not rebuilt, but in good used condition.
e.g. gearbox, bell-housing, extension, shifter, clutch and pressure plate, including slave cylinder.

You talking O/D or Non-O/D?

O/D S/H about £350-£500, Non-O/D, about £100-£150 for a complete package.

If Non-O/D look for someone converting their car to overdrive.  A genuine MkIII GT6 is supposed to be better / stronger than the earlier boxes. Don't forget a Vitesse box will fit as well.

Keep an eye on eBay, they are always coming up for sale.

Thanks Richard.  A non-od is all I was wondering about and that's an amount I can deal with.  I know getting original parts for repair is too expensive.  I'll keep an eye out fo ra good used one.

False economy to fit a used cluch in my opinion. They are not expensive new and it's not a job you want to do too often.
