CharlieB Posted March 11, 2010 Share Posted March 11, 2010 Could anyone tell me the correct diameter & tolerance for the cam followers?My Haynes says 0.7996-0.8000" or 20.294-20.320mm which the sharp eyed will see is not consistant!My original Spitfire manual has nothing to say on the subject.The reason I ask is I have bought 2 sets of followers from 2 different suppliers & 12 out of 16 of them seem to be oversize, I don't want them sticking in the block.Perhaps an older original manual will reveal the truth?Also who can supply quality followers?Charlie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
