2500 est Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 thats about right .7/.8mm as i will be doing the same to my bottom door as mine been filled over the year...any thicker would be harder to bend round,my bro has made a metal bender which make's it eazyer to make the lip out of angle iron and two large hinge's...
