marc1estate Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 the only thing i can say with any certainty is that your engine prefix MG is pre facelift MK11 PIDid you re-torque?
DJB_Harvey Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 You need to use a flat top non recessed gasket Payen AG900 on that engine ... That's early PI 132 BHP .That's the correct head for that block number (32mm exhaust valve )make sure your using the correct studs & nuts Also the correct washers ( Important to retain the correct torqueing )Re torque at first run stage when cold ,500 miles , 1000 then re- check occasionally .
Brian 93957 Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 As above use the early gasket AG900 and make sure you re torque after 500miles
