Tailgate hinge cover GT6 mk1

Hello
I have a 1968 GT6 mk1 and it is currently being restored, slowly. Whilst working through the parts that I took off the basket case, almost 20 years ago, I came across a back for back door hinge cover - in bits!

It appears to be very brittle, and has broken into bits does anyone know if anyone is making new ones, or has made one themselves??

Or better still, has anyone got one for sale. Part number 810699.

Any advice or help much appreciated.

Jason

Hazen, is the flashing brake light done on purpose? I've never seen a flashing brake light - not sure it would be legal here. Most times Triumphs have flashing lights, it's due to a poor earth!

Still, it's a great idea and if the flashing isn't compulsory, I'll have one!

Thanks Nick. I'll keep you in mind. Need to make an adjustment for the dome light fitment.

The flashing is not compulsory. It's a module intended for motorcycles, to get quick attention of those behind you. I was rear-ended once because the guy said he didn't are new. I was at full stop at an intersection.

Direction indicators also are not compulsory.
