They are not even shown or listed as a sepparate part in the genuine BL Triumph parts catalogue so probably hard to get hold of from a Triumph place except secondhand. Not sure but you may be able to get something the right sort of size from a good modelmakers shop, a jewler that repairs clocks, or they may even be the same sort of size as screws used in glasses so maybe an optician.
