Dogsbody47uk Posted March 28, 2016 Share Posted March 28, 2016 Hi folks. I am now looking at my Vitesse mk2 propshaft in the ongoing saga of my Vitesse rebuild. Before I rebuild the Ujs, how much or how little radial play should there be in the sliding spline joint? I can feel distinct play in mine. Cheers, Dave. MarkB Posted March 28, 2016 Share Posted March 28, 2016 I can't recall there being any slack on turning at the spline end on the various triumph props I have. I believe that would indicate excessive wear.
