Does anyone know a cheap source of panels for a 1500 spitfire?
I need a r/h rear wing and inner arch and a B post.
Used would be ok too ......

Have you tried Spitfire Graveyard - last time I was there they had several dead Spitfires. http://spitfiregraveyard.com/

Thanks Steve, just tried but no joy.
He said the only time they have things like that is from abandoned restorations.
Rang paddocks and with a steelcraft wing it's £365!
Fitchetts is even more......and obviously so is rimmers.

I would imagine that bolt on parts are much easier to source used than welded panels Steve

I can't make it Jon, unfortunately weekends are still in short supply due to still clearing out donnas dads place.......not getting anywhere fast either.

What would you like to pay ? I know of two both sides new unfitted, may have some surface rust.

Try Quiller Triumph  or Wins International. Both firms break Triumphs and will cut bits off scrap cars to order, I believe. Cheers, Dave.

I have NOS rear wings and inner wings (not the round wheelarch panel, but the complete inner wing that goes from B post to rear of car) for both sides.

Any interest? Where are you based as carriage will be expensive no doubt
