piman
Hello Mark, I see now, in that case the block will also be marked and both will need machine shop work to rectify. Probably as cheap to find a sound second hand block?Alec
mark davies
hi aleci think the most economical way is to use the bottom end from blue motor with was my origional motori want to leave the pi motor intacti presume i can just bolt everything together around the blockif at the end of the day the injection gear proves unreliable then i can always hp with pi head cam thanksmark

piman
Hello Mark, the horn is live all the time but fed through a fuse, that would be my first check. The wipers also are fused but need the ignition on of course. If you have connected all the large brown cables adjacent to the solenoid connections that should be fine. Do you not have a workshop manual?Alec
