  11. I agree with Floyd ! I had a motolita wood rim  on my mk1 for years!   Then I put a cheap s/h leather mountney wheel on for my first track day and Wow !  Feels Soo much nicer to drive with,  prob the best £15 I spent for so much improvement.   Wood rim wheels are great to look at . Roy  8)

    HID Upgrade

I agree with Tim , with the clear lens they work better,  I didn't like the clear lens on my mk1 but they look good on Tims mk3 ! Roy  8)
  13. More chance it will fit under a mk3 bonnet, they seem to have a touch more room than mk1/mk2 bonnets. Also engine mounting fitment , small amount of adjustment there too  8) Roy  :)

    HID Upgrade

I fitted a cheapish HiD kit  just before the RBRR , but I didn't like them! They felt a bit "bouncy" and while testing down a country lane on high beam I nearly blinded myself from the reflective road sign ! I took them off and have halogens with "night breaker " bulbs fitted , much nicer . But that's just my personal experience . Roy  8)
  15. Hey Mark ! Colin's correct I'm sure they same as 1300fwd Just popped into garage for you ......
  16. My mk1 is the same too  :) From sides down to dipped is only a half a second operation , never felt that it's an issue but the choice is yours !  :) 8)
  17. Team 42 calling !  8) 42: The answer to life, the universe and everything!     Yeah Right !!  :o 8) :)
  18. Another vote for moulded! Red would look good in a mk1 but not those frumpy mk2's !  ;D :P
