Mine did this when first testing ! It was an air lock, I drained some coolant out then removed the top hose from thermostat housing and filled the rad through the top hose slowly. That worked for me :)

I fitted a 'cheap' clutch kit once! Never again, Try to get hold of a Borg&Beck if possible. 8) Roy.

Looks correct to me :) Defiantly fit a new one while it's out ! RHP are a good bearing :) Roy. ( 67 mk1 GT6 ). ;D

Kev , The 2 empty stud holes in the diff can be plugged with a couple of 3/8" UNF grub screws/blanks about 1/2" long, made from some old 3/8"UNF bolts, with a screwdriver slot hacksawed in the end. Loctite them in. Roy 8)

Nick, What about some grommets to go in top holes ? My tailgate has extra holes on the inside wide face, from previous Ziebart treatment I think ? Roy 🙂

Yes mate it was D type. But , main shaft scrap so noes a good time to rebuild with a J type :)
