I will be posting my entry this week, now that I have sorted a co driver ;) for this excellent event 8) David.

You might find it difficult to find winter now any way they tend to be available from October/November as manufacturers only supply a small amount to the UK. We always advise customers enquiring about winters tyres to order early the better ;) David.

They are available new for only £38.00 for MKIV and 1500 spitfire, so why bother with a second hand one ;) only bit you need from the old motor is the drive wheel, having just got one in for Julie's spitfire :)

I am running on my MK1 TR6 wheels with 195/55/15 tyres ;)

We put VR1 in before the RBRR, very impressed ;D oil pressure was good and oil was still very clean by the end of the run :) just gotta change the rear wheel bearing but it got us round and home David.
