colour of engine

hi all
happy christmas
can any one tell me what is the colour of a 62 1200 engine?
plus the colour of the engine bay side panals black or body/chassis?

Both are black! Note that those side valences are not an especially glossy black. At least to my eye, "chassis black" is a good paint to use there as it's not so glossy as a regular exterior body paint.
