Paulrobbo Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 Hi. I am getting close to finishing my MK3 and need to put the door glas back in. It came without any internals but I do have a scabby pair of GT6 MK2 doors witht he internals and outer door handles. My question is, Will they swap from the GT6 to the MK3 door? hypoid53 Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 The quarterlight and window winder mechanism and glass runners from your Mk2 will fit into a Mk3 door BUT you will need to change the door glass to a Mk3 square edge and fit the Mk3/spitfire outer and interior door handles and associated operating rods.
