Chambers
I've just received my full poly bush set but realized it doesnt include rear mounting bushes (117578), this isnt a problem as I know I cant get some. I am a bit curious however, the original rubbers ones, do they have a metal outer tube, I've removed just about all of the old one but haven't noticed an outer tube. Hopefully someone can help me and let me knowFYI, here is the Rimmer Bros diagramhttp://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-GRID005729
MikeTeesside
Polybushes generally don't have the outer reinforcement tube, it's the same with the older rear arm bushes (the large ones) where the rubber ones have the metal outer sleeve and the polybush replacements don't. MikeTeesside
There should be, yes. They should come out with the bush, unless it's been stubborn and you've had to drill/burn it out. They can be hard to remove.
Chambers
Yeah the bush was more than stubborn, the insert came out virtually welded to the bolt. Where as Ive spent time getting all of the bush out I now know I can just remove the outer which should hopefully be easier!
