Pete Arnold
My Vitesse has passed its MoT once more. However the tester has advised that the windscreen washer nozzles need replacing as one is missing the small ball in the outlet and cannot be adjusted to squirt in the right direction! I am aware that replacements are readily available from the specialist suppliers. However I cannot find any info on how to remove the old ones and fit new ones. Has anyone got any tips please. ferny
There's a nut on the bottom where it enters the cabin. You'll see/feel it if you reach up behind the dashboard.
nang
I found that mine just piddled out. I replaced the pump with a new aftermarket one and had a really good set up.without touching the nozzles. Tony.
Pete Arnold
Quoted from ferny- There's a nut on the bottom where it enters the cabin. You'll see/feel it if you reach up behind the dashboard. Thanks Ferny. Used 7/16 socket with an extension bar and ratchet. The job was easier than I expected. My tip is to stick a small bit of masking tape on the outside of the windscreen in line with nozzle positions. One can then find the correct location when lying on the seats!
