Tim Bancroft
Just feeling down about the poor England team. Then thought, ah yes 08 should be great, RBRR!!!!!
thescrapman
I too am thanking the lord...That we won't be plagued all next year by grossly over-paid prima-donnas failing to win Euro 2008, because they are so crap they have dipped out already. And my entry goes in the post tomorrow, 4 days after everyone else so here's hoping........ Might be lucky and get No. 100.CheersColin
GT6 John
Wow, no England in Euro 2008 and the RBRR in the same year. You're right Tim, 2008 is looking to be a great year already. ;D
Tim Bancroft
Can't argue with you about the merits of Footie, especially using the England team as an example after we have seen the English rugby team do so well. But Football is such a great game when it is played well and I'd love England to do well again.
Lord Sorbington
The England game wasn't great, but entering the Brownmobile in the RBRR has cheered me up tonight! ;D
Deleted User
it was a given [ i think] that we were going to lose that game ...they could have put a good film on instead ...RBRR2008 seems so far but will be here so soon..if i start worrying about it now i'll not get any sleep at all

Glad to have you aboard!Only got 11 months to go, so you'd better get preppin'!(Marshall has started already, finally heaved the crappy old engine out and the car is currently in the paint shop!!,.............might be finished in time then!!)You have plenty of time to rip out the sludge box and convert it to manual o/d!! Paul Lonsdale
I missed the game cos I was stripping my Zetec engine and lifting it onto the engine stand having taken it out of the mondeo a couple of days ago. Hopefully want this engine in the Spit and on the road (having been off it for 20 years) ready for the Le Mans Classic in July - then if all that goes to plan - BRING ON RBRR 2008 !!! Lord Sorbington
Bizarre, actually ended up at the Plough in Enfield today for a swift pint! Was visiting some mates down in that neck of the woods so thought it would be rude not to stop in for a look see.The journey home took just under 2 hours, about 160 miles....... AlanChatterton
Now trying doing that 160 miles again, after just doing 2000 in 48 hours. Longest 160 miles of your life, trust me!
Lord Sorbington
I can well imagine. Fortunately I've chosen a co-driver who lives 10 miles from the Plough. Not as daft as I look you know!! ;)
