Just looked at the Met office 5 day weather forecast for some points along the route and it looks like Friday night is going to be a dry clear night .

However it will be a tad cold with temperatures at freezing point in the highlands.

Lovely - we like dry, if only because the Atlas has no windscreen washers, they were never fitted as standard. I think we may get a water pistol and some fairy liquid so we can lean out and squirt the windscreen :-)

Hmmmmm.......................................Anyone know where I can get some fur lined shorts LOL

Typical, the last two weekends the weather has been pretty good. Looks like a turn for the worse for the RBRR :(

Even if I freeze, I'm wearing my shorts.

I have a few pairs to wear and I may need a change or two with Robs driving..................................... ;)

Just kidding,

Rob's a very good driver  8)

Not looking so good now, the met offioce are saying:-

"Outlook for Friday to Sunday:
Cool and showery on Friday with snow on Northern hills. Rain will spread east on Saturday, mainly dry for a time on Sunday but more rain spreading northeast later."

I'm with Jeremy Paxmans outlook on the weather.

It's England, Scotland and a bit of Wales. It's October.  Expect rain, wind and cold.  Expect British weather. End of!

As usual its RBRR and Rain X.

I fully expect to go through Glen Co without able to see the peaks-6th RBRR and never yet seen the peaks-Scotland phew!

This is on the assumption that we make it that far????
