Exactly teh same as mine, no rattling or anything, just low pressure.

If what i have read is correct, the crank will be barely worn, and it will be the shells that have worn.

Fit teh best quality bearings you can find, VP2 if at all possible, you don't want to wreck teh crank as it is almost irreplaceable.

Cheers

and replace rear hatch seal.

b.t.w. looks like you've rather idle since 2008

Rear hatch seal replaced nearly 2 years ago, Beans.

No more wet bums for me!

Just tinkered with the car as it's not used much.

It'll be up for sale after the RBRR if you fancy a little less wedge in your life!  :P

New laminated screen fitted to-day :) though had to show the Autoscreen man how to fit the chrome trim and I also fitted the screen, but still worked out cheaper doing it through the insurance glass cover, than buying it through the business ;) to buy a screen to me was £160+VAT ??)

Overdrive on my late model Mk3 GT6 has a busted solenoid.

No problem, order one up.

Go to fit it only to discover that someone has fitted a D-type overdrive to the car!

Oh joy!

New solenoid ordered from Canleys and hopefully back on the road working by early next week.

Jim.

Standard GT6 factory fitment is a D Type, J Type is an upgrade.

D Type solenoid is a PITA to fit, the bottom screw is really hard to get at!
