Jason
You've no preparation, no experience and you're brand new straight out the box - what ARE you thinking??!?!?Do it!Do it!Do it!You've got until the end of the month to enter and that's a firm cut off date. So it's fairly easy really, come up with the entry money and you're in - the entry money buys you the maps etc - this event is a cheap as it comes!:-)
AdamSindrey
Well how much would you say the whole team needed money wise? How much is the entry fee? What time do you need to be at Dover/Calais or is each to there own...I have lots of tents so we'll sleep anywhere! Far more fun that way!As my car managed the 80 miles back from Bristol I'm 100% sure it can tackle europe! Preperation? nah... only if you want everything to go smoothly you need to prepare!Does any one take GPS? My old mans getting it for his Bday im sure I could borrow it making it far easier to get lost and unlost!Sounds like so much fun! ;D Adam

James
You may only be looking at about £100 per person max. I would say.

Jason
Depends how you drive and what you're driving :-) Just stick with the V8 Spit and you'll be fine, he'll be stopping the most for fuel I'd think (small tank big engine). As for costs, it's all relative, it costs no more to take a 4 man crew in your car (three is ideal, two fine, one, it has been done!) and a 4 man crew splits the costs 4 ways.Anyway, it's gonna be great, in fact it's gonna be awesome ;-) For some words from last time and an idea of what to expect check out my review http://www.canleyclassics.com/10cr.asp

don cook1
Might be an idea to check if your insurers will provide cover for driving abroad...17 might be too young for them. As for preparation...car goes doesn't it!The next 10RC is two years after this one. Do it if you can. Irish TV are likley to be covering the event.
