thescrapman
Just jam an old road atlas up there, worked for me... All part of the "banger" experience 🙂Luckily I am OK at the moment in the other cars, or I would be ordering a set.
dazzer
I'm glad you also use a road atlas. I find the European one much thicker and gives better support. Also a family pack of Murray Mints are reasonable effective if you enjoy pain. Take it up with Chris - should last better than that. MUT
dazzer
Chris was having some new thicker ones produced with brass lugs I believe. Depends whether you got some of the first or second batch. I got the first batch mine lasted a week (no jokes about the weight please) It was the same problem with TRs they had a batch of seat diaphragms produced that didn't work. They then produced a much thicker version which solved the problem. Its a manufacturing problem. Chris will sort it out.
StagNL
Interesting as my recently bought 2500TC has torn diaphragms..... maybe I'll try an alternative or just wait til there are some good ones.Julian
thescrapman
JulianI think the latest batch are the good ones.CheersColin
