Samuel95
hi all, i want to get my headining looking like new again because it has a few water stains in places and some unwashable brown spots. My dad and I dont want to get involved with putting a whole new headlining in. We found some various vinyl dyes to get the colour even and white again, i just wanted to know if these sorts of products are a good idea to be putting on the headlining and if so, what is the best product of this type, thank you
Jordon T
I remember reading a thread over on the Triumph Dolomite forum where one owner used ordinary household emulsion to recolour the lining with considerably success. I'll see if i can find the link for you ;)

Mark Hammond
Vanish household stain remover, a nail brush, elbow grease and CARE will restore it to perfect order, but be careful around the rear screen area and the edges in case it melts the glue...M. junkuser
There are spray cans for re-coating vinyl available in Australia for the job so should be available where you are. Seems to do a good job from what I have heard.
