m807ppp
Would the trunnions fault be with the wheel that's straight or the one leaning out at the top slightly

drofgum
M807PP,I'm not so sure of the straight wheel having the faulty trunnion. If you have rolled the car some distance since lowering it after the spring change, the wheel that has positive camber is more likely to have the stuck trunnion. If you haven't rolled the car you should do so before working on the trunnions. Cheers, Paul
m807ppp
Drofgum,I took the car for a 2 mile drive to settle it down, In all honesty it was the side which leans out at the top which was hardest to fit, I'll look at this side first
Clive
Just undo the spring at both ends, and see if the upright can then move/swivel. If it takes more than a decent grunt to make it move, replace the trunnions. And don't wack the bolt too hard to get it out, it will cause damage. As above, decent hacksaw or use a thin disc in a grinder followed by the hacksaw to chop through the tunnion bushes and the bolt. I would do both sides......
