TR4 wire wheels

I have had a question asked of me, that I couldn't answer.

Is it possible to fit TR4 15inch wires to Vitesse running gear.

Clearance issues aside (it is actually a kit car) can anyone tell me the dimensions on the splines.

The guy needs to know whether it is easier to get a set of TR hubs and redrill to the correct PCD, or if he can fit the TR wheels to a vitesse spline, and if so, what size he needs to get.
