Plenty of good machine shops can recondition your engine, but it seems few if any keep stock of rebuilt engines. Secondhand you need to find somebody honest. They're quite local to me and our local group had a trip round their "remanufacturing" facility recently. Very impressive. They also supply the re-manufactured engines sold by another club's shop.
