Are they squealing with foot off the pedal? If so that's where anti-squeal shims come in, but if they squeal when braking then there's not much you can do (unless they've picked up road dirt) and some pads squeal whatever you do, Usually wears off if you can put up with it for a while.

Take your pads out and smear a thin layer of copper grease on the backs. That should sort it and if not then it will be brake dust. In this case you need to change the brand you use or get drilled or grooved discs. These stop the pads glazing and the dust is pushed into the holes/grooves. Let us know how you get on.
