TroyBeros
Would anyone be able to confirm if there were any differences between the saloon's rear trailing arms, with those found on the TR4A/5/6 ? Thanks in advance.

thescrapman
The serve the same function, but are different sizes. the part that holds the bearing is basically the same size. mk1 and Mk2 saloon same except the bearing part is An inch longer. TroyBeros
Thanks Colin. I have saloon trailing arms on my Herald chassis, and want to fit wider wheels. From what you'r saying, I already have the arms which will accept the largest offset wheels.
Nick Jones
TR4A to 6 seem to be all the same. Mk2 saloon & Stag are the same as each other, but different to TRs and Mk2 saloon. Mk1 saloons are similar to the mk2 but give 1" less track per side (also shorter driveshafts). If you are using Mk1 arms then you already have the best combination for your wants from the saloon range. I have no idea how interchangeable the TR version is with the saloon version or if they would help you.... Nick
