Nick Jackson (2)
I can't remember an RBRR when Nigel Gair's excellent Mk2 2000 saloon wasn't taking part. What has happened to the car this year?[ i tried to pm nigel but i couldn't find his name on the forum - is he on here? ]Nick
Jason
Nigel is around, he's busy relocating the family out of London to Norfolk so this time, PLL takes a rest and he's co-driving my TR6 with me.

LOL JI can confidently say that running a 2.5 at approx 1inch past the redline constantly does not do it any good.... :-(So don't do it, and don't let Nigel do it either... Teach him teh pleasure of torque.Getting airbourne whilst doing inch past redline was fun though... :-)
david langrick
the PLL is only at a shade under 5K !! plenty to go. she is just warming up at 5K. A bit of RBRR history : PLL110L made its first appearance in 1992 and this years no show is the first since then.
Nick Jackson (2)
PLL's past attendance is part of the RBRR for me. I've done 1998, 2000, 2002, 2006 and 2008 so far and it's always been on the run. PLL was the inspiration for my own Mk2 saloon, although not in the same league, and Tim Bancroft's GT6 was the inspiration for my own GT6 Mk2. Hopefully if I ever do an RBRR again PLL will be back.
