bod Posted June 7, 2006 Share Posted June 7, 2006 daft question, but how do you remove the upright part ot the back seat on a 13/60 convertible and do as little damage as possible. Jason Posted June 8, 2006 Share Posted June 8, 2006 Yup - they are pop rivets, drill them out carefully and keep the press stud bits as you can reuse them. You will have to adapt a pop-rivert head to refit to make it thin eough to fit inside the pres stud bit but it's only a few mins work with a file :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bxbodger Posted June 8, 2006 Share Posted June 8, 2006 Also be aware that there may be two extra screws down each side of the seatback in the hoodwell-these are shown in the factory manual, and described as 'acme' screws.They were long gone from mine but the holes were still there....you never know!!
