same here high tensile,much much stronger

when i did my 2000 6pot i used a thicker gasket and used wellseal with thiners and brushed on layer of sealent,,never leaked,and of coarse try and level the sump pan edge so its flat as possible,steel ruler a must

well,has anyone seen it lately? has it been showed or is it a garage orniment?

when i striped mine to break,it was easy to remove,using a ratchet spanner for the 3 top nuts,all other can be removed from underneath,i had my o/d gearbox out in 1hr after car jacked up and axle stand,sold gearbox in 3hr later,,these are one of the easy gearboxes to remove,spent more time cleaning the non-overdrive gearbox then fitting it back in

seeing as you have checked everything,carb,ign system etc what about the fuel pump? is it feeding enough pressure to keep up with demand

is the rotor arm in good condition/has it been changed,,,load of crap arms out there(beware)
