im in need of a mk1 estate rear window rubber and trim insert,,,where can i get one from?

If it's the rear screen rubber it's available from Earlpart ... Tailgate to body sealing rubber = Extinct !!

hi djb,,,i know that tailgate to body is a dinosaur!!last one went stupid price on ebay ;)     i did enquire when i got my heater valve kit but no price was given to me,,,,il ring again :)

So glad I found one .... even if fitting a new seal caused the tailgate not to fit in the hole   ??) - nothing that a large 'Carbodies' spec hammer couldn't resolve LOL

Sorry I thought you meant the tailgate seal.

I think the window seal is available, try Bill at Rarebits. Probably not a molded item but available as an extrusion.

Rimmers had them a couple of years ago when I did mine. Not cheap though.

Chris Witor had them re-manufactured. £47 each     (IIRC)
