What?! Feeble excuse  :P There are 274 days left!  That's nearly 10 months.  People have rebuilt complete basket cases in the two weeks before the start - some do it every year  :o.

That is because they are either as mad as hatters or devoted to the Triumph cause...........................................

I confess that I did see a nice (well better than most of the cheap junk) Mk1 2000 Estate locally and was quite tempted.  Unfortunately the other half doesn't want more than one project car on the go - so I'll have to wait until the Vitesse is finished (17 months so far and I'm still working on the chassis!  Anyone got a rolling chassis going for about £5???).

Will be at Blyth services to offer support though!

Alan - is that a weekend to prepare the car, and several months to get the correct level of shine???
