sx2visuvesi
Had the seats out of My RX8 today and can say that no amount of fettling will make them to fit in a spitfire in such a way that you can:-A. mikeyb
I suspect that the width at shoulder height will not clear the hood frame
GT6 M
why? as Fernysimples, cos they too high, alott higher than the separate head rest type. They actually touch the roof in me GT, and that aint got nee headlining hanging doon.So ina Spitty, hood would no go up.Shoulder bits Ok MikeyM

With the seat frame below they'd be way too high, but they seem to sit quite nicely into the floor pressing without the frame in place. If you just bolted them directly to the floor you'd lose the adjustability fore/aft but I think they'd be in the right position height-wise... chunky63
I like the look of the smart roadster seats.....they would look good if trimmed in Triumph basket weave vinyl.
