What size battery

Hi every one

I recall on previous thread that an 063 battery is a good size and cheap for a Vitesse.

Just checking that this size is ok for a dynamo charging system, (eg it wont undercharge) before I buy one.

Any advice much appreciated.

Generator or to a degree, alternator will only put back in the battery what you take out. Unless you have big current draw I see no problem.
Personally I'd fit the biggest one that will fit though. (eek)

I too am after a battery, I have one which has gone dead after a few years.  What's the feeling on  a decent battery for a Herald, I have an Alternator fitted. I am thinking of adding spots and some in car entertainment down the line.

I have that very battery with a 45amp Lucas alternator and have various electrical accessories and it does just fine. The battery terminals are the opposite so the battery front needs to face backwards.
