GT6 John Posted February 25, 2006 Share Posted February 25, 2006 So after driving 2000 miles and the subsequent celebration in the pub at the end, I really don't think either myself or my co-driver will fancy a further 2 1/2 hour drive back to Eastbourne. ::)Is there a good place to stay near the start/finish line that is suitably priced? We probably won't even need bed and breakfast, just a bed, as we'll probably just want a good lie in!! I'd advise anyone who wants to stay locally to prebook well in advance. The girl I spoke to when I booked will sponsor us to do the run - result! They don't take the money from the card used to book the room til you arrive, RESULT!!
