chazchas Posted April 2, 2014 Share Posted April 2, 2014 Well i have bit the bullet and got hold of a 72 spitfire for restoration, bought blind, it was a head in hands job when first seen.but after examination its not that bad, standing 20 years carbs jets blocked and seized, will need replacing, but cleaned out to get started, sounds fine but will know more when stripped, two owners from new, i think one was a vicar its very holey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
