  1. Are these vinyl or leather??
  2. I've fitted some spacers, works very well and it's a cheap fix!
  3. Speak to Theo (Beans on the forum) I think he is still searching for a third man in their Dutch/Belgian Dolomite team. Three nationalities in one car for 48 hrs could be interesting!
  4. Some people have presented their team at the RBRR facebook site. Thought it would be nice to do similar on here for the Facebookless! Team 93: Roger Hoogmans - Rob Vintcent We will be using my GT6 mk3, this car has done RBRR 2006 and can't wait to do another one.

  7. They are wired up through a relay and a separate feed. And yes, you're spot on about the bracket  ;D ;D

  9. Wim, I've got these, Hella FF spotlights. Gives plenty of extra light when needed. Made them on a detachabale bracket as I don't think it makes the car look better.

  11. Anyone got a metal fan going spare? A friend who is building a Triumph based pre-war racer is searching for one. Does anyone knows if it's a straight fit onto the pulley of a late engine? I think the engine he is using comes out of a mk3 GT6. Thanks! Roger
  12. Mmmmm red carpet! Never thought about it until I spotted this car http://www.autoscout24.nl/Details.aspx?id=236213453&asrc=st%7Csr&a=1 Although I'm pretty sure it doesn't suit your car Tim....
  13. Excuse my error about Hif38 / 44 size. Nick is right!
  14. I think you should go for Hif 44 on the GT6, that's the equivalent size for the standard CD150's. Unless you go for a triple setup ofcourse.
  15. Loose wire on alternator, easy fix and a jump start from a greenish TR7... Front carburettor kept playing up, causing power lost and bad running. Had to take it apart and give it a clean. Did this 6 or 7 times during the run. Overdrive worked totally random. Most of the time it didn't work at all. Set fire to the car when I put the gearboxcover back into the car in Italy. Melted the feed for the overdive and connections at amp meter....  :X Used 5 liters of engine oil  :X :X :X (85% due to leakage I think........ ) Think we had a good time!  :)

  18. Top Job, Ellis and co! We very much enjoyed the trip which was a good blend of some great roads through Europe. The evening and night session through France was excellent. Also the social aspect of this event has not to be forgotten. It was good seeing old friends again. Should I complain about the lack of beer in Italy? Lets say things got balanced very well in Germany and Rolduc!
  19. Gearbox back in............... it was a bit of a challenge. Needed an extra hand so Rob came along to make it all happen.
  20. Gearbox out, new clutch to arrive within an hour or so. All going well....   8)
