I think I'll stick to auto, that's what she was from the factory and Andie can only drive an auto now, so it's nice having at least 1 classic she can use. Debating trying the spare box I have of unknown provenance or whether to "go big" on the money and go for a recon box+torque converter. I doubt it, 3 or 4 hours just to get the engine and 'box out so I can start finding the problem!
