DPMR 2023

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys, this year's DPMR will run on Sunday March 5th in the Beds/Herts/Cambs area. It will retain the usual format starting with breakfast for those who require it and finishing at a pub with a normal Sunday lunch menu. The Rally will be somewhat shorter than before at around 60 miles and will feature fewer sections with simpler plotting than last year.

We hope to have a full entry list once entry opens, which shouldn't be too long now although we don't have a definite date at present. The entry fee will probably only be £10 per car as you will be responsible for paying for your own food and drinks, this also means that there is no need to pre-order as such, although we may need to give the pub an indication on lunch numbers - if so we will contact entrants nearer the time.

Keep your eyes peeled for the entry opening which will be announced here first

Cheers, Nigel and Dale

A huge thanks to Nigel & Dale for organising the event, and congratulations to Annie & David for taking 1st Overall with just one fail. Remember to get some pictures and your experiences over to Dale for the club mag.

Cheers all and hope to see you either at the dinner or the HCR.

A good day out and a long overdue excuse to drag the Stag out of hibernation. Thanks to Dale and Nigel for a rally that offered a good balance between challenge and fun, traversing some nice roads!  The lunch venue was also spot on.  Well done to Annie & David.

Yes, thanks to Nigel and Dale for organising the event and the lunch afterwards, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It has proved a rather expensive trip for us with one of the con rods making a bid for freedom on the A1 yesterday afternoon!
