mazfg
Just stripped down and overhauled my wiper motor, got the reset working again too.The grease "Ragosine Listate" had gone all thick and tacky. Removed it all, including down the drive rack. Replaced with standard Lithium based grease. All parts looked pretty good, including the brushes. Resprayed in black and put back together, looks so much better than the brown rusty block it was before.
thescrapman
When you refit it, rotate the spindles 180 degrees before inserting the rack. With a bit of luck it hasn't been done before and you get a less worn part of the spindle to use.CheersColin
GrayFox
What a lovely job you have done. Does it work? I did a similar complete overhaul and replaced the axle boxes.

Freebird
Need to do mine too - the first few sweeps are agonisingly slow.
