TimW
TimMy wife asks "is this event only for triumphs or can she bring her impreza?"
Tim Bancroft
Tim,Historics only-pre 31/12/81.It is prefered that CT members only enter using Triumph cars. We are a Triumph Club after all.Sorry, it would have been good to see your wife's Impreza. if she is interested in this sport, get her join her local motor club. Most are running Autosolo events.Hope we see you and your GT6.
TimW
TimI think her comments were made a little "tongue in cheek!" ;Das far as attending myself it's just too close to le mans to be affordable.as a point of interest didn't a fellow club member take his impreza to a CT autosolo either last year or year before??? ferny
Last year was the first one for 20 odd years? Nigel took his Scooby and tested the courses with it a couple of times when it was being set up and once at the end. It was never (officially) timed though. Tim Bancroft
That's the problem with the written word, one ever knows!Yep, Pete is correct, Nige used his Impreza to test the course. Nige will be using either Dale's Herald again or my GT6.Shame that Tim cannot make it, I'd love to see more GT6s entered.
