I've ticked novice as I'm still very new to 12 car rallies, but if you think we should be expert because of Mike being slightly less new then we'd better change. Mike is more your "Absolute Beginner", he only ever goes where he is told, and does so without question. Just remember to call the 90 lefts well in advance... You might also struggle to get him on your 'Cherished Car' policy as I note with some despair that he seems to have failed his 'Elementary Polishing' exam - we might have to bring him in as a ringer instead! The route choice was very good; some of those long swoopy roads over the hilly chalky bits were brilliant. Quite a challenging event for us; we found some of the navigation pretty tricky and were pleasantly surprised with our finish position.
