Beans Posted June 30, 2017 Author Posted June 30, 2017 Looks like Photobucket is desperately trying to get out of business. They are trying to make me pay $400 to use their “services”!So not much hope it is just a temporary message because the bandwidth limit was succeeded Needles to say the search for another photo hosting site is on.I do have the intention of restoring my weblog, but that will take a fair amount of time.So patience please (shrug)But the pictures I posted on this forum over the years, will probably be lost.Thank Photobucket for that ...(unhappy) Quote
Beans Posted July 1, 2017 Author Posted July 1, 2017 Currently trying Google Photos for my Blogger account. Looks promising so far Also deleted the first Photobucket account (clown)Sadly I won't be able to repair the links to the new photo hosting site Quote

thescrapman Posted August 20, 2017 Posted August 20, 2017 Quoted from Howard If I tried cleaning my car parts in our LG dishwasher Jill would banish me to the shed forever If you take the dishwasher with you then no reason to ever go indoors again.. Quote

Beans Posted November 29, 2017 Author Posted November 29, 2017 No problems. Used the same method for the parts (including some springs) for the DHC.That car has been back on the road since 2010 and the galvanised spring still look OK. Quote

Used the same method for the parts (including some springs) for the DHC.That car has been back on the road since 2010 and the galvanised spring still look OK. Do you have to expand/stretch the tension springs? Quote
Beans Posted December 1, 2017 Author Posted December 1, 2017 For these spring parts an electrolytic galvanizing process was used.So no high temperatures involved here. So the spring rates are not affected Quote
