That's how all cars should be, they were built to be driven, not be trailer queens. Much like we are drivers, not passengers, which brings me back to the original post - drive for as long as you can, only stop when you're an MOT failure, you can then tinker in the garage until you pop off & then, like the MOT failure cars, you become spare parts yourself.

Wendy Dawes
Numb bum syndrome is the one I get after a couple of hours legs feel like they’re seized at the hip ouch 😟

Nick J will remember 2009 when we arrived at Malmedy....I rolled out and crawled on all fours before I could stand up...needing half a pack of Ibuprofen for the agony

Think you were lying on the tarmac when first spotted- thought you were having a cardiac event….. Apart from my now departed second A8 which was an armchair on wheels, the Vitesse is the comfiest car I have for serious distance - and it’s been well tested. Least comfy is the wife’s Audi TT. I’m completely broken after a couple of hours in that and have been spotted crawling around the car park at Fleet services after dragging myself out of it. Dogsbody47uk
I sympathise with those feeling old. I'm 75 ; my brain tells me I'm still 27 but after a couple of hours crawling over or under any of our cars my body tells me it feels like 90. My wife keeps telling me I'm too old for this classic car game! Use it or lose it! Cheers, Dave.
