RBRR 2018 IMPORTANT NOTICE

Anyone got any idea who I need to contact about why my existing username and password wont work on the new website
All linked to my membership number with cars registered to it etc.
Been trying since lunchtime to access it but to no avail.  Tried the forgotten password route but not received an email that way even in a spam folder. PM'd Keith around half 5 but no response yet.
Trying to enter RBRR18 but website says NO!

Thanks very much for the tip Pete (reply 84). Using that link I managed to get an entry in inside 5 minutes. For some reason I could not get the Entry List to drop down simply by clicking on RBRR - it had worked fine that way during the test phase when I put a dummy entry in.

Well,
it all worked for me until the payment verification,
one of my cards uses a reader and i do not have that one with me
the other uses a verification text send by mobile and we're out of mobile reach
By the time this will be solved I'm sure were bottom of the reserve list

No way to enter the run on credit? get a entry in and pay later? use Paypal? get somebody else to cough up the entrance fee for me and pay back later....
C'mon Tim, you are never gonna get a Gloria to run the event this way....

Had already checked that I could log on to the new site a couple of weeks ago, then submitted a test entry to see what was required, then sat at my computer watching the clock with all my details ready and debit card lying beside me.

I think I am one of the most organised people I know - or the most anal!

All a bit weird this, Apple users seem to have issues and one or two others. Of the 110 entries so far, about 7 have had problems and a further 3 are still having problems.

We at CT are sorry about this.
